Top Stories
- Our 2010 Garden Season will start with the GBG Sale May 15 (earlier, on the 14th for volunteers) and the opening of the Gift shop June 1, 2010.
- 2010 Planning has begun for summer fundraisers. Read all about the Celtic Tea July 11, 2010 and plan to join us for scones, music, and dance!
- In late 2009, our committees expanded to include a Membership Committee, Nominating Committee, Fundraising Committee, Publicity Committee, & Garden Tea Committee.

GBGSociety.org goes live!
We still have work to do, but March 31, 2008 the site went live on the web. - Committees Meeting
Garden Tea Committee, Garden Faire Committee, Publicity Committee
These three main committees have been meeting and working hard. On each committee, there has been a careful breakdown of duties among the members so that no one person is tasked with too much work. Through it all, a handbook is being compiled of the work this year, so next year, if the same events are staged, a lot of the planning will already be done. - Society Organization

The first meeting of the society was October 25, 2007 at University Baptist Church's Fellowship Hall. By-laws were approved and officers elected.
